Foaling Season is Here!!!

We are patiently awaiting the arrival of the first of two foals at Hunter Ridge Farm this year. Kunslerisch is due April 30th. This will be a repeat breeding to Apiro. We are so excited to see this cross again. Felicita is due May 31st. She is bred to Sinatra Song and her foal is sold in-utero. I know Jamie is anxiously awaiting the arrival of her foal and so are we!!

Hunter Ridge Farm would like to wish everyone a happy and healthy new year!!
We have had a great winter so far!
*Rhiannon's two to Tango has been sold. Congrats to Mallory from Ohio on your purchase of Tango. They should make a pretty cute pair together!

*SPS Felicita's in-Utero foal has been sold to Jaime from Michigan. We are as excited as she is for this foal. It should be a marvelous cross!

*Roi Soleil has been sold as well. Congrats to Casey from Ohio on your purchase of "Louis". He is a very special guy and we wish you lots of luck with him.

Summer is here!

There has been a lot going on at Hunter Ridge Farm this spring/summer. Here are some photos of whats been happening!


Chappelle was Champion Best Young Horse at the Delaware Showtime series horse show at the end of May. He is turning out to be a very handsome boy!








Roi Soleil is now 3 months old and he is a looker! We are very excited for the Hanoverian Inspection on July 13th at Turning Point Farm in Michigan!














We also had the First Summer Day Camp in June. The girls had a good time and learned a lot about horse care.






Kunstlerisch (aka Sassy) was also confirmed in foal to Apiro for an April 2011 Foal. We are super excited to see this cross again!

Felicita will be bred to Sinatra Song for a 2011 foal as well. This foal should be a super dressage foal!

Crazy Spring So Far!

Felicita foaled on March 18th at 6:30 am. She waited for her owner to get here too! Louie has the cutest face marking and 4 white socks just like his momma. He is going to be something special!!

The Tuscarawas Equestrian Team had their Regional Finals Horse Show on March 6-7th at the Andrews School in Willoughby,OH. The Middle School Team were Reserve Champs again! Which qualified them to compete at the Zone Finals at Roberts Arena in Wilmington Ohio on March 27-28th. Individual qualifiers were Emily Kate, Emily Gill, Marie Newell, Elle Bichsel, Brenna Deneher, Cheyanne Shook and Whitney Kneffler! Good Luck Ladies!!!

Almost Time for Baby!!

THE TUSCARAWAS EQUESTRIAN TEAM IS ON A ROLL!!

The Tuscarawas Middle School Team was almost undefeated this year! Out of 5 shows we were Champions 4 times! Not too shabby girls!!

Both teams are qualified for Regionals and lots of the girls have qualified as well. We will be finishing up the show season in later winter and Regionals are being held March 13-14th 2010 at the Andrews School. We are hoping to make it to Nationals this year because they are being held in Georgia!!
